On June 1, 2004, Dakota 2000, Inc., was awarded a new 8(a) STARS Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)   As you can see, the name has changed from the 8(a) "FAST²" to "STARS" (Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services).

The General Services Administration (GSA) has responsibility for awarding and administering contracts with small disadvantaged 8(a) firms.  Under FA2: NAICS code 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services, Dakota 2000 can provide information technology services to the government.
